Questions
Before you start
No. There is no credit card, no auto-renewal, and no obligation. The trial exists so you can see recommendations on your own employee data before any money is discussed.
A CSV export of your employee census — names or IDs, job, salary, performance rating, and time in role. Most HRIS platforms produce this in a few clicks. If your export is messy, we clean it with you on the call.
Most trials are live within 5 days. With clean data we have had an organization running in 24 hours. That is the CSV path — a full HRIS integration takes 4–5 weeks, but you do not need one to start.
The trial lasts 14 days. You can configure a complete cycle and see exactly how the engine reasons, but detailed recommendations are shown for up to 10 employees and exports are disabled. The calculation logic is our core intellectual property, so the trial demonstrates it without giving it away.
Yes. HyperEquity is SOC 2 compliant, and you retain ownership of the data you upload. The trial agreement permits only anonymized, aggregated data to be used to improve the product without identifying your company or employees.
It runs both ways. It commits us to protecting your compensation data, and it commits you not to use trial output to reconstruct our pay-equity algorithm in a spreadsheet. It is one screen and you sign by typing your name.
