Two ways in. One of them takes an afternoon.
HyperEquity sits alongside your HRIS rather than replacing it. Start from a CSV export today, integrate over SFTP later if you want to — the product works the same either way.

Compatibility
Systems we work alongside
HyperEquity does not replace any of these. It takes a census out and hands approved increases back, so your system of record stays your system of record.
What We Need
The census, field by field
One row per employee. If a column is missing we will tell you on the call whether it matters.
Questions
Getting your data in, answered
No, and we usually recommend you do not start there. A CSV census gets you running in 5 days — our fastest launch was 24 hours with clean data. An integration takes 4–5 weeks and can be scheduled once you have decided HyperEquity is the right tool.
Over SFTP, which is standard practice for HRIS data exchange. Most of the effort sits on our side — mapping your fields, validating the feed, and setting the refresh cadence. Your team is involved for access and field definitions.
No. Your HRIS remains the system of record for employee data. HyperEquity handles the merit cycle and hands approved increases back. Nothing about your core HR platform has to change.
Very common. Inconsistent job codes, blank ratings, salaries stored as text. We work through the file with you on the setup call — the five-day figure already assumes some cleanup.
Yes. Approved increases export in a format you can load into your HRIS, and on an integration they can be written back on the agreed schedule.
Then you are already working from spreadsheets, and the CSV path is exactly the same. Structure the census once and HyperEquity takes it from there.
